Gather each week for 75 minutes of self-care. Each class will incorporate meditation, pranayama (breathwork), & sequenced postures to align the mind, body & spirit.
Props will be provided (2 blocks, a blanket + a strap) Please bring your props if you have them! Mats can be available upon request, contact me 24 hrs in advance to borrow one at no charge
