Since moving to the Western North Carolina mountains in 2018, you can find me leading classes at Yoga in the Park Asheville, The Biltmore Estate (currently offering free classes to The Inn + Village Hotel guests), and Chimney Rock State Park

With over 20 years of practice and ten years teaching, I've only chiseled the finest layers of my everlasting excursion.

This journey of yoga is truly endless and I will always seek more to learn. To discover an infinite path of self-study, awareness, and inspiration is a beautiful thing to have taken on, I only wish to show others what they can unearth from within.

I lead my students to explore their bodies in new ways, creating small movements to define the postures. Using yoga props (blocks, straps and blankets) is always demonstrated and encouraged during my classes as these help support and provide the postures comfort. We're slowly revealing strength & confidence that has yet to be discovered--one of the amazing things yoga unveils.  I strive to share yoga's beauty, broadening our boundaries physically & spiritually. We were all born to move the way yoga discloses and with focus on alignment and pranayama(breath control), these movements will restore and rejuvenate your body. It's my job to encourage students to understand that with the practice of patience, persistence and positivity, this practice will alter your perspective & transform your life.
