 Flow N' Yin Yoga Class -  6:30- 7:45 PM
Beginning with a brief centering/meditation, we'll move into a moderately-paced flow to create heat & strengthen the body. We will then merge into a 30 minute yin sequence(about 3 minute grounded posture holds), surrendering the muscles to allow the fascia to release.

Ecstatic Dance - 8PM-11:00 PM

 Led by DJ Amber Luisa: Free form dancing and expression where you can continue (post yoga!) to rid the mind, body & soul of toxicity. Leave your ego on the floor and let yourself become free from yourself.

Ecstatic dance is a form of dance in which the dancers, sometimes without the need to follow specific steps, abandon themselves to the rhythm and move freely as the music takes them, leading to trance and a feeling of ecstasy. The effects of ecstatic dance begin with ecstasy itself, which may be experienced in differing degrees. Dancers are described as feeling connected to others, and to their own emotions. The dance serves as a form of meditation, helping people to cope with stress and to attain serenity.

Rules of Ecstatic Dance:

- Be present. NO PHONES. NO CAMERAS.
- Be embodied. NO TALKING.
- BE CLEAR. NO INTOXICANTS.
- BE CONSENSUAL. LISTEN FOR A YES. RESPECT A NO.
- BE HERE. NO OUTSIDE SHOES.
- BE FREE. DANCE HOW YOU WANT. NO JUDGEMENT. When we step on the dance floor, we include our whole selves, even the frightened parts that want to hide.
